Born to the family of Late Mr and Mrs Charles Ikechukwu Abone, His academic pursuit has exposed him to different ethnicities in Nigeria and, as such, is exposed to various people, cultures, traditions and experiences that have helped shape him as a person.
He is a trained Psychologist and entrepreneur. He attended ROYAL EXCELLENCE ACADEMY (ROYAL SCHOOL) Damaturu for his primary Education from 1994 to the year 2000, then proceeded to attend LEARNING FIELD INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL Onitsha Anambra State, for his 'O' level (WASSCE AND NECO). After this, he attended FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC Damaturu, Yobe State, where he obtained his Diploma in Business Administration in 2009. The thirst for growth pushed him further to CARITAS UNIVERSITY Enugu State, where he bagged a bachelor's degree in Psychology, graduating with the second class upper.
Mr Abone is an ardent believer in adding value to humanity and developing society through capacity building and empowering the youth through information and training. Emmanuel's fascination with Education for sustainable development and self-sustainability stems from concern for humanitarian issues; Particularly, He focuses on issues such as sustainable development, self-governance, financial literacy and political economy.
Emmanuel continues to successfully nourish his insatiable passion for 'educating the future generation' through educational innovations and research as the Director of Royal Excellence Academy. As the world changes, the expectations placed upon educational institutions demands a shift to meet these changes. It is vital for us in Education to remember that this is not a problem but is somewhat indicative of how school, as a living practice, should be responsive to these contemporary issues.
Emmanuel has gained a lot of significant professional experiences as a proprietor. He continues to create and adopt several new tools to help the school to evaluate operational requirements more accurately and improve the general schooling environment.
He also monitors performance of internal academic units, evaluates teachers, and ensures that the school meets her infrastructural development target. Moreover, Emmanuel supervised the school's transition to a computer-based operating system. This digital approach eliminates errors and redundant tasks and also generates and maintains more accurate data.

ROYAL EXCELLENCE ACADEMY was established in September 1996. The School started first as a Primary School under the name ROYAL SCHOOL with an initial population of 20 students and 12 staff. The School was established by MR. I.K ABONE as the first proprietor. 'ROYAL’ as an academy was established to provide high-quality learning experience and an opportunity for children of the State to benefit from the diverse educational systems available. In the fall of September 2006 the Secondary School was established, the School started with just JSS ONE with a student population of 48 students and a staff strength of 12 academic staff under the leadership of the Pioneer Principal; Mrs. AJAYI MAGARETH BOSEDE. Over the past years, the School has continued to grow exponentially and has become a citadel of learning that is associated with excellence, it is one of the Best Private Schools in Damaturu, Yobe State. Currently the School has an estimated number of over 500 students with 80 staff (academic & Non-academic) and is led by MR. ABONE E.I as the Proprietor and MR. DAUDA ISA TONG as the Principal.
